We decided to use Parr Builders after receiving three quotes, Brett’s came back at the best value and the fact that he was local, was important to my wife and I. The series of decks and retaining wall improvement projects were handled very professionally. The team exceeded my expectations, in that the decks added were beyond our expectations, both in function and overall look. I’m not a builder, but the quality…. for example, the screw quality and placement are great. Brett’s also a great listener, and patiently took in the sometimes-varying wishes within our family. We added an extra staircase and handrail which Brett and his team took in their stride. I only really dealt with Brett himself, his quiet, but helpful style was very professional. Brett managed to stick to the budget and timeline with no issues. The most impressive aspect of working with Parr Builders was the carpentry work detail of the decks, it is very good.
