“Parr builders are like family. Chris Parr, Brett’s father has done a lot of work for my wife and I over the years. We were Parr Builders first big customer. The Parr Builders team worked hard on the job under difficult weather conditions and apart from a few minor issues did a great job. The minor issues were sorted in a professional manner, the small issue came about with the sewer system. Brett got the drainage contractor to fix it asap. Brett has a good relationship with his subcontractors and is able to rectify any issues in a professional manner. Brett is not only a builder but also understands design. When asked to sort an unusual drive for us, in our absence, it was done as asked. My wife still talks about it. We feel Parr Builders hold a very high standard when it comes to professionalism and attitude. Brett was able to adhere to the project timeline and budget. With some leniency required due to the very bad weather. I recall the roofers trying to get a job done prior to heavy rain and wind. They had to stop due to safety concerns. I am satisfied with the level of transparency and updates provided by the Parr Builders team. The most impressive aspect of working with Parr Builders is that it is a family business, keen to do a good job. Brett is a very capable and tidy builder. Responsive and easy to deal with. “To the Parr Builders Team. Thank you all for a job well done. Brett originally did a retaining wall at the back of our section. He understood quickly what I wanted done and did a superb job. So when looking for a builder to do quite a big job of decks at the front and back of our house, there was no hesitation on calling upon Brett and his team. The decks were rotten, and everything needed to come down. I verbally told Brett what I wanted, and he was quick to understand. Nothing seemed to much trouble. I also wanted to have a covered area on the back deck. I then decided to use a more sustainable material namely Bamboo and at first Brett was reluctant but went away and did some research and we decided to go ahead. The Parr Builders team were quick, tidy and the workmanship was fantastic. We are delighted with the end result, as the finished site was immaculate. Brett is very easy to deal with and I would highly recommend him to anyone else.”

“There were a couple of reasons why we chose to use Parr Builders - 1 we knew that the team were local and that was something that was really important to us and 2 at the time when we started to explore options Catherine Parr was taking care of our holiday home and was doing such an awesome job we instantly knew that Brett and his team would live up to the standard. The Parr Builders team did a good job, with all things considered - I mean building over winter, post a pandemic will keep anyone on their toes. It definitely got tight towards the end of the deadline - but they delivered and we were in for Christmas! I would describe the quality of work to be at a Super high standard - I remember feeling a little awkward about not wanting a stock standard vanity and Brett responded beautifully ‘I have got no time for that stuff, it is only the best with us’. He was right. There was never any hesitation if we were concerned with anything and/or needed anything changed - it was all very relaxed. I really appreciated the fact that they would always communicate via text. We are busy people and that is the best way to get a response from us. I think the biggest challenge was that we were doing a build in winter and post a pandemic.
