This meticulously designed three-bedroom home redefines luxury living. The Master bedroom Oasis is a lovely private retreat, with a gorgeous timber bathroom, creating a cohesive and harmonious feel, resulting in a more unified and consistent layout. This home offers a lot of privacy as the guest bedrooms and guest bathroom are completely separate to the central hub of the main living area but are connected by a lovely deck creating a seamless transition that invites relaxation and social interaction. The deck also connects a spacious boat shed. To finish this gorgeous luxury home off, our clients also get to enjoy more of their indoor, outdoor flow, with a deck that effortlessly connects the master bedroom to the lounge. Introducing our Two-bedroom Cabin with Deck, Pergola and modern Amenities.
This cabin was built to match an existing dwelling. The cabin offers two spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom and laundry area. Our connecting deck effortlessly links their cabin to their existing dwelling, providing a harmonious transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. Whether they’re sipping their morning coffee or stargazing at night their deck is their gateway to nature.
Transported dwelling and Renovation
Brett Parr coordinated with this client and the house movers to make this transition seamless, efficient, and most importantly stress-free. Prior to the dwelling arriving, Brett Parr and his team got to work by completing all of the foundations, which included coordinating with local subcontractors. This meant the house movers were able to drop the house into place and leave site in an efficient, timely manner. Once the house was down, the team installed the underfloor expol and fixed the house to the piles. They then completed a wraparound deck, an external shower, including a landing with a staircase to the dwellings front entrance. Internally the team added a cavity slider to maximize space in the main bathroom and installed a kauri laundry benchtop. The team cut into the oversized guest room to create a sleek modern ensuite which connected to the master bedroom. This dwelling then underwent a full repaint on the interior as well as the exterior. Parr Builders dedication to flawless execution ensures that every detail has been meticulously accounted for.
Second story Renovation
Brett Parr and the Parr Builder’s team have taken this single story 4-bedroom dwelling and elevated it to a luxurious second story haven. The team cut into, two of the existing double bedrooms, removed the existing master ensuite added a staircase and support beams to connect and support the second story. Our renovation has added an open plan office space, second lounge, single toilet with basin, a deck which opens out off of the new shared space, a large private bedroom which includes a walk-in wardrobe and the master bedroom’s ensuite. Our team also replaced the ground level deck with vitex hardwood.
